Golfvest was formed in 2003 with a business plan focused on the acquisition, development and management of golf courses and golf course communities in Ontario. The first community is Sawmill Creek Golf Resort & Spa with our housing enclave, The Residences of Sawmill Creek. The development team has been involved in golf courses and related communities throughout Ontario including golf communities at King Valley Golf Club, Emerald Hills Golf Club and the Lake Joseph Club. The principals of Golfvest have also developed and managed significant residential and commercial developments throughout southern Ontario and Canada. Golfvest is a member of the Downing Street Group. The partners have assembled a team of seasoned practitioners, experienced in delivering a quality home and community; from community master planning to final home design details; to exceed your expectations.
